I've recently been diagnosed with Stage 3B CKD and am trying to keep from sliding any closer to stage 4. Right now my GFR is 32. In the last month I've been counting calories and lost 23 pounds and got my blood sugar down to a daily average of 106. Now I'm taking a look at the nutritional values of my diet. For the most optimal effect, you’re going to want to follow three distinct stages of ketosis. These include: 1) getting into ketosis, 2) keto-adaptation, and 3) metabolic flexibility.
