I've been with Optum for about 10 years, in one of the IT depts. Its been a fairly good ride. Most people have been great, but with all jobs you take some things with a grain of salt. The best managers I have had were with Optum, but that was dumb luck. The job is very challenging. Especially from a technical stand point.
